CHILD RELEASE AND WAIVER AGREEMENT

Trapped Entertainment Ltd operates and /or conducts interactive escape games. Participating in an escape game can or could result in injuries to the participant. The participant acknowledges that he/she is voluntarily participating despite the risk of falls, contact and/or crashes with other participants, defective equipment, and the condition of the room.
The participant, by executing his or her signature to this release, does hereby release, waive and forever discharge Trapped Entertainment Ltd, their owners, employees, other participants, and the owners of the property that the interactive escape games are being played, of and from any and every claim, liabilities, damages, demand, action or right of action, of whatsoever kind or nature, either in law or in equity arising from or by reason of any bodily injury or personal injuries known or unknown, death and / or property damage resulting or to result from a result of participation in an interactive escape game at Trapped Entertainment Ltd, whether by negligence or non-negligence or from any and all other incidents of harm and /or ill-will and does for himself or herself, his or her personal representatives, next of kin, heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns. Participant assumes full responsibility for and risk of bodily injury, death or property damage due to negligence or non-negligence of Trapped Entertainment Ltd, its, owners, employees, other players and the owners of the property on which the interactive escape games are being played.
The undersigned further acknowledges that he/she is voluntarily participating despite any risk, is physically fit and mentally able to participate in the games offered by Trapped Entertainment Ltd, and has no medical condition that would prevent him/her from playing.
I agree that Trapped Entertainment Ltd, or any of its assign's has the right to any photos or any video/sound footage of me during, before or after participation of an escape game at Trapped Entertainment. These photos, video footage and sound materials may be used for any marketing purposes.
I fully understand that there are no refunds under any conditions once I purchase my entrance fee.
The below rules are in place to ensure the safety of our participants and employees. Not following the rules may result in endangerment to yourself or others. You will be immediately disqualified from the game with no refund and may be banned from future use or legal action may be taken upon you.
Each player must read and sign the release and waiver agreement to participate in a game. For all persons under eighteen (18) years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign the release and waiver agreement.

- Players participate in the game at their own risk
- No phones, cameras, watches with recording devices, or any other recording devices are permitted in the room
- People suffering from medical conditions should consult with their doctor before participating in the game
- All equipment (ie flashing lights, locks, props, etc) is to be returned to Trapped Entertainment Ltd at the end of the game. Any damages caused or equipment not returned are to be reimbursed by the participant.
- Participants who are under the influence of drugs or alcohol may not participate
- Smoking is prohibited in Trapped Entertainment Ltd’s building
- No weapons or items that could be used to hurt self or others are permitted in the rooms
- No animals are allowed in the game rooms
- Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and mature manner
